Stand Up Paddle Yoga
Stand Up Paddle (SUP) yoga allows you to take your practice out into the ocean, replacing your mat with a paddleboard. The surrounding ocean, the fresh breeze, and the warming sun make it hard not to be fully present.

Rebalance and strengthen your body while improving your posture and alignment. Classes available on mat with movable equipment or in studio with machines.

A selection of savory and sweet dishes await you at Sand Bar at Eden Rock for both lunch and dinner. All Wellness Menu items are gluten, lactose, and processed sugar free.
