The menu, formulated by renowned French chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is in line with the atmosphere: the crisp seabreeze inspired the chef to concoct a series of bright-colored, refreshing dishes that span from a gluten-free Quinoa salad to a selection of freshly made pizza, grilled fish, meat or lobster. For desert, our personal recommendation is the caramel ice cream Sundae, a house special. When the sun goes down, the restaurant becomes a cosy lounge, the Sand Bar Night, perfect for sipping one of Eden Rock’s signature cocktails while sharing a platter of hors-d’oeuvres with friends and family.
