Le Sereno Restaurant

Situated in Le Sereno Hotel’s magical setting, designed by Christian Liaigre, Le Sereno Restaurant is a haven of peace, an oasis in the desert, and a reference for simple, refined Mediterranean cuisine

The Place

Located on the island’s more isolated part, Grand-Cul-de-Sac, Le Sereno is one of the most luxurious and renowned establishments in Saint-Barthélémy. Its remote character makes it an extremely peaceful place, known for its simple, elegant design, impeccable service and delightful cuisine. Indeed, the restaurant serves a casual, refined, effortless Mediterranean cuisine, with accents from Italy, where the owners and chefs are from, as well as St Barth’s local resources such as fresh fish or spiny lobster. Succumb to their homemade buckwheat homemade linguine with local lobster, the chef’s special, as well as more traditional dishes from Northern Italy such as Vitello Tonnato or local fish baked in salt crust with a selection of herbs from Lake Como.

Origin

Sister establishment of Lake Como’s Il Sereno and Villa Pliniana, Le Sereno St Barth has got everything of Italian refinement and elegance paired with the Caribbean laid back lifestyle. Chef Alex Simone delivers simple Mediterranean dishes inspired from the sophistication and grace from his motherland, made effortless by the richness of local Caribbean products.
