St Barts is not ready to loose its status regarding quality and luxury in terms of its shopping. Clothing, shoes, bags, watches, jewelry and more… It is no coincidence that well known and established luxury brands, from both abroad and locally, have chosen to be present and showcased in St Barts.


 

Prada

The store, with a total surface area of 200 square meters a single floor, houses women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, accessories and footwear collections, together with a selection of other products. Located in the famous town of Gustavia, the store is inspired by the architecture of 1950s South American mansions and design, and displays an exotic adaptation of Prada’s classic heritage.


 

Dolce & Gabbana

The iconic brand has decided to create a unique and exclusive collection for this new boutique, to reflect its location and local customers, thus providing a different perspective to the international clientele. For this new space, the brand has worked with architectural firms to rethink the format of this special store located in Gustavia, keeping nevertheless its worldwide-renowned specialities.
In addition, a Martini Bar has also opened, as the result of the collaboration between Martini and Dolce & Gabbana, two brands that have blended Italian tradition and modernity. A fashionably chic place to have an aperitivo, inspired by true Sicilian tradition, for a truly unique sensory experience…


 

Pati de St Barth

Given the success of the brand and of the boutiques located in Gustavia, in St Jean Aéroport and in St Jean Villa Créole, Pati de St Barths is opening a new boutique in St Jean near the roundabout. Both locals and seasonal hosts possess at least one t-shirt with its iconic logo “St Barth French West Indies”! If you don’t own yours now, now there is an additional place where to buy it!


 

Lolita Jaca

Present in St Barts since 2004, the brand has been finding inspiration in silk fabrics from India, its graphics from Art Deco and orientalism, and its style in the 20s-to-70s fashion. You can also get a unique chance to find vintage Chanel accessories. Its founding boutique which is located in the heart of Gustavia was such a success, that a second one just opened, right next to the Bonito restaurant, rue Lurin Brin. Come enjoy a bit of night time shopping while you enjoy the gourmet meals of one of the best restaurants in town.


 

Black Swan

This inescapable apparel and accessory brand was founded 20 years ago and gathers a wide selection of beachwear, t-shirts and casual clothing – most of them showing the famous Black Swan St Barth’s logo – has recently moved and renovated from its first location into a bigger store, located in the Villa Creole in St Jean. The long-appreciated brands can still be found, like Free in St Barth, the autralian Sunnylife pool toys and the collection of glasses Le Specs.


 

Edgar

The luxury multi-brand boutique Edgar, still located Cour Vendôme in Gustavia, is opening a shop-in-shop corner Brunello Cucinelli, the renowned Italian brand for both men and women. Still and also displayed at Edgar’s, the refined brands such as Balmain, Valentino, Isabel Marant, Anthony Vaccarello, Alberta Ferretti, Alexandre Vauthier, Iro, Self-portrait or Redemption.


 

Richard Mille

The luxury watch brand Richard Mille is opening a boutique in Gustavia, in the place of the jeweler De Grisogono. The brand excels in the creation of a complex, holistic relationship uniting the interior and the exterior of the watch.


 

Diamond Genesis

The brand was born in St Barth over than 30 years ago, and was at that time a small workshop of jewels creation. Year after yer, the greatest luxury jewelry brands trusted and joined the local house throughout its growth: Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, Audemars Piguet, Chanel… Now the jewellery is moving to a new location, near the entrance to Gustavia, facing the ferry dock (in place of the former Quicksilver shop).


 

Vanita Rosa and St Barth Karma

The Vanita Rosa boutique is relocating in the Rue du Général de Gaulle, taking the former Diamond Genesis store. This women’s luxury “resorts wear” was launched in 2002 by Valérie Bourdin, a collection of blouses, dresses and tunics with a unique bohemian and “gypsy-meets-jet-set” spirit, combining noble fabrics, pastel colours and fine French lacework. In place of her boutique, the talentuous Tanelle Franceschini, Valérie’s daughter, will inaugurate the first St Barth Karma boutique, launching her own line of women’s clothing.

Longchamp

Gustavia – Previously Art Gallery next to United of St Barth

The well-knowned and highly reputated luxury boutique of leatherwork is relocating towards the entrance to the city of Gustavia, next to the restaurant Le Repaire, facing the ferry dock.


 

Mackeene

The premium French-designed swim shorts and accessories, crafted by Active Classic X Naughty Gentlemen, was created by two brothers, Rodolphe and Harold, both passionate about sea and fashion style. They open a new boutique, located between the restaurant La Crêperie and the pizza restaurant L’Isoletta.


 

Bo Káo

Gustavia – Le Carré d’Or

Formerly named “Le Carré”, this restaurant located Rue de la République in the Carré d’or (the Golden Square), surrounded by luxury boutiques and concept stores, will be opening soon. Not much has been revealed about this new restaurant, except the “coming soon” information, which makes us even more eager and hungry to know what is hiding behind this new name…
