The 3rd St-Barts Gourmet Festival, with its “French Gastronomy” special edition, will take place this year from Thursday, 3rd of November, until Sunday, 6th of November 2016, on St-Barts island.

The sponsor of this event will be Christian Le Squer, Chef at the hotel Four Seasons Georges V (Paris, France), who just earned 3 Michelin Stars in February this year.

During each of the 3 dinners of the Festival, all of the 9 Chefs will offer a 4-set (95€) or a 8-set (130€) menu, allowing all guests to discover their gastronomy and their personal cuisine.

All partner restaurants of the “Dîners de Chefs” (Chefs’ dinners) offer a 4-set menu for 95 euros (appetizers, main courses and desserts).
A 8-set menu for 130 euros can also be suggested.
