Although not wide, the beach is fairly long, expanding all the way to the Guanahani Hotel, with different restaurants and hotels lounging the beach, you can enjoy lunch with a spectacular view of the bay, as different water sports are being performed just in front of you as you enjoy your meal.

Grand Cul de Sac offers kite surfing, wind surfing, kayaking and scuba diving.

Snorkeling here is not ideal and we do not recommend walking in the waters here without water shoes, as there are many conch shells in these parts of St Barts. It is always a safe bet to be more aware of your underwater surroundings on this beach.

Kayaking is a great way to easily make your way to the shallow parts of the lagoon, a great area for children, as they can splash around the shallow waters and enjoy the ride on the way.

If you head all the way down to the right side of Grand cul de sac, passed the dock off, you will find quite little shaded areas among the mangroves, ideal for those looking to have a more relaxing time.
